great location lovely beach unclear package staff unawareness

The hotel has restaurants and bars. There is a lovely beach and pool available. The location is great (I enjoyed it a lot).

I booked a package that included breakfast and dinner. I also had tickets for a show. The staff did not know what my package included (I had some issues).
