I was given a complimentary upgrade and it was awesome. Adam and Amani at the front desk provided excellent service, so shout out to them.

The door staff seemed pushy about securing fixed price taxis.

The hotel has a prime location, near the Marina harbor. The staff members are always cute. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach and the Mall of Emirates, this was a real help.

The hotel charged a deposit, and it took weeks to get it back. The pool area do not have enough umbrellas for shade, I wish there were more.

the hotel room was very clean. it included a little balcony with a marina view. the breakfast was really good with a wide selection. soluna beach club access was also included and great!!!

waiting to go down to the restaurant took about 15 minutes. this was a notable inconvenience.
