I found the staff friendly and professional (a big plus for any traveler). The taxi rank located right outside the hotel provided easy and reasonably priced transportation. The hotel surprised my partner with a lovely birthday setup in the room. I thought it was a thoughtful gesture.

I observed that some toiletries were not consistently refilled in the room.

The hotel provided enough space despite being fully booked. I never struggled to find a seat at meals. I also didn't wait too long at the pool bar to get my drinks. The coffee shop was a nice inclusion.

The room description was misleading. Not all rooms have beach access. The bathroom was dated and stained. The water temperature also fluctuated.
