The room was spacious and included a balcony with chairs. This balcony offerred a view. The provided toiletries were quality endorsed and placed in their designated areas. The breakfast included so much choice.

The car park was a nightmare every day. This included issues when I tried to exit despite staff claiming to validate it daily. The restaurant lacked acoustic treatment and I found it noisy.

The rooftop restaurant offers excellent customer service. the check-in process was smooth, quick, AND simple. i was allowed to check in early. A real bonus. the bed WAS super comfy. I slept like a log

the room had an unpleasant odor. the hot water didn't work in the shower. this was disappointing

The reception staff was fantastic. Nullie completed my check-in and check-out efficiently , she greeted me every morning with a genuine smile. My child enjoyed the swimming pool, and the food was delicious. The valet parking team were also amazing.

The room cleaning was not properly done, I found the room to be dirty.

friendly staff amazing breakfast great pool

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The pool area was great! i appreciated the easy access to a smaller mall. Getting a taxi was never a problem. my experience at this hotel was very pleasant.

The blanket wasn't clean. It had bloodstains.

the rooms were excellent and i even got a free upgrade. the hotel itself was very clean, and its facilities are great. getting a room with a balcony is a must!

the room service menu only had a few options for food.

kind staff calm location breakfast staff suffocating rooms fresh paint smell difficult sleep

The staff at breakfast were very kind. Barshat and Kim showed particular kindness. The location was calm. It was away from the busy downtown area.

The rooms were somewhat suffocating. I had to change rooms because of a strong fresh paint smell. Another room had the same issue, and sleeping at night was difficult because of the persistent odor.
