The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The pool area was great! i appreciated the easy access to a smaller mall. Getting a taxi was never a problem. my experience at this hotel was very pleasant.

The blanket wasn't clean. It had bloodstains.

the rooms were excellent and i even got a free upgrade. the hotel itself was very clean, and its facilities are great. getting a room with a balcony is a must!

the room service menu only had a few options for food.

The staff at breakfast were very kind. Barshat and Kim showed particular kindness. The location was calm. It was away from the busy downtown area.

The rooms were somewhat suffocating. I had to change rooms because of a strong fresh paint smell. Another room had the same issue, and sleeping at night was difficult because of the persistent odor.
