The front desk offered helpful service plus early luggage drop off. I found a 24-hour internal shop stocked with essentials. The lobby provides shoe polishers plus Mac machines.

The air quality in hallways had a somewhat stale odor. Airing the areas is needed.

The hotel location is great if you attend events near world trade center. the hotel offers a free shuttle to different city locations. i especially liked the honesty of the staff, who found and returned my friend's lost cash! the security system felt great. I felt so safe.

The gym wasn't too crowded. The pool was best for kids, very safe.

The staff are very friendly and always try to help. I really appreciated their willingness to assist. reception staff were amazing and cooperative. I liked them so much. housekeeping, especially mr padam david, did an excellent job.

The room was bright, and i found it very clean. It met all my needs perfectly. the spacious free parking was a definite plus. It made coming and going easy. i liked the paper cups for coffee. It was a nice touch.

The location is good and convenient, close to many attractions and amenities. it is also near the max metro station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. the hotel's central position between old and new areas of the city is great.

the breakfast was super good, and the price was reasonable, which i appreciated. i was happy to find many different options at the breakfast buffet. the idea of ordering a dish from the menu at breakfast was awesome!!!
