Chandra, the concierge, helped me with a lost phone. i saw nepalise cleaning staff on my floor. They did a great job. nadeem from hkp and vipon from banquet shared a computer. ms eva and anna at reception looked after my stay. the team's support was excellent.

The ac felt too high. I could not switch it off completely. it automatically turned on sometimes.

The staff offered immediate assistance. They addressed my questions. housekeeping ensured the room was super clean daily. bell service was readily available for luggage assistance. the hotel team provided excellent service.

the breakfast included a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. i noticed the cafe java has a selection of light meals and beverages. swiss butter had many choices and the ambiance was lovely. the dining experience was good.

I enjoyed the proximity to the metro station. It provided easy access to the area. the hotel staff were helpful. the gym had modern equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes. i found the rooftop pool was nice, though it was slightly crowded at times.

the carpets in the hallways did show some wear. it seems they could use a thorough cleaning.

The room i had initially was quite small (smaller than i expected). the carpet was worn, showing some stains that detracted from the overall appearance. also, the coffee situation was odd. There was only tea available in the room.
