The hotel reception was great. The lobby had a creative design. It was filled with LEGO bricks, a safe play area for children (where parents can also relax). The hotel offered many activities, tailored to kids. It's a family-friendly choice.

I found the bed sheets dirty. There was a hair in it. The pirate decor covers and pillows looked unclean too, which concerned me about the pool's cleanliness. The bathroom sink had green fungus in the corners.

lackluster experience at themed hotel

inconsistent servicedisruptive noise

The service was inconsistent. I requested a specific item and received no follow-up. the noise level was disruptive, especially in the evenings. i found the walls thin and could hear conversations and activity from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep, the pool area lacked sufficient shade.

dirty bedsheetsdusty pillows

the bedsheets were not very clean. i found a hair on them and the pirate decor pillows seemed dusty. also, the bathroom sink had some green stuff in the corners , made me think about the pool cleanliness. i also didn't get slippers or a laundry bag in the room.

The reception area made a great first impression. There were a lot of LEGO bricks there, which became a safe play area for children (I was able to relax a bit!). The hotel offered numerous activities designed for kids of different age groups. This makes it a family-friendly choice.

The receptionist was quite rude. the hotel charged an extra fee for breakfast and dinner for my child. I expected a better system to manage the guests, especially at breakfast.
