The staff were very good too. I especially appreciated the attentiveness of the breakfast crew. Sharafat and his team delivered AMAZINGGGG service. I will definitely book this hotel again.

The street work outside caused some noise in the morning. It was slightly disruptive, though not a major issue.

Jehad, the receptionist, was very kind and patient, providing really good assistance. The reception staff was really prompt and helpful with all our requirements, providing great support. I experienced excellent care.

The breakfast spread was delicious and included a big variety of food that pleased every taste. Chef Nandu and the team provided a very good service. I really enjoyed it. It was an awesome experience. The food was AMAZING!!!

the breakfast offered good choices. the staff was helpful. i got late checkout because i asked, and the front office desk person gave it to me.

i received a call next day. they asked me if if i took an alarm clock from the room. the guy asked me to check my bag in case it fell in there.

the room was spacious and well equipped with a weighing scale in the toilet. i found welcome fruits and cookies upon arrival, a nice gesture. nesto hypermarket is conveniently located nearby. the room's cleanliness impressed me.

a smaller replacement pool was available, however, it felt crowded during peak times.

The breakfast had a VERY heavy focus on Indian cuisine. I wished there were more international options. Extending my stay for a few hours proved surprisingly expensive. They quoted a very high rate. This felt unfair, especially considering i was already a guest. I probably won't recommend this hotel to others.
