metro station direct access bus service
i stayed at this hotel for easy access to both the metro and the ibn battuta mall. the proximity to the metro station made commuting simple. i appreciated the direct access to ibn battuta mall, it saved time on travel. the hotel offered a convenient bus service to JBR beach.
the noise from the highway was noticeable at night. the windows did not block sound effectively. this made it difficult to sleep soundly.

staff members were generally attentive and accommodating. the reception provided prompt assistance with requests. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay, the room was always well-presented.

The hotel is near the metro and bus station so it is convenient. The room was tidy and the bed comfortable. Breakfast and dinner had many options. I would choose this hotel again.
The hotel did not provide plug converters. I had to purchase one.

inflexible ac superficial cleaning
The air conditioning unit was difficult to adjust to my liking. I could not find a comfortable setting. I also noticed a lingering unpleasant odor in the bathroom upon arrival. It seemed like the cleaning was not thorough enough, a letdown.

The location allowed quick access to transportation. Housekeeping was reliable. The staff kept my room clean and tidy each day. I was grateful for the available parking. Proximity to a large shopping center made it easy to find things.
The pool area had some noise due to the pump operation. It was noticeable, though it didn't ruin my stay. It would be better without it.

The hotel provided easy access to the metro and bus station. The shopping mall connected to the hotel offered many dining options. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The room had needful essentials. Linens were clean.
I found the pool a bit small. It was crowded, and there were very limited options for kids.
