The location allowed quick access to transportation. Housekeeping was reliable. The staff kept my room clean and tidy each day. I was grateful for the available parking. Proximity to a large shopping center made it easy to find things.
The pool area had some noise due to the pump operation. It was noticeable, though it didn't ruin my stay. It would be better without it.

The hotel provided easy access to the metro and bus station. The shopping mall connected to the hotel offered many dining options. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The room had needful essentials. Linens were clean.
I found the pool a bit small. It was crowded, and there were very limited options for kids.
