The christmas day brunch was lovely. Traitor lunch was really good. the staff were courteous. the location is great by a pretty marina.

My mini fridge wasn't working. That was a bummer. i also noticed only one side of the bed had a wall plug. i thought the rooms were a bit outdated. They could use some refreshing.

The room had a lovely garden lounge area. It led directly out to the pool (very convenient). The hotel also upgraded our room because it was my partner's birthday. The breakfast was very nice with a great choice of food.

The breakfast had a fresh produce selection. The hotel features well-kept gardens with rich greenery and exotic birds. I was pleased with the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. The room design had a lot of taste.

The room was quite far from the lobby. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective. It did not go below 20 degrees Celsius. I found only one side of the bed had a wall plug.

I FOUND that the room service was slow , especially during peak hours. it often took longer than 45 minutes for my orders to arrive , and a couple of times, the food was lukewarm. the constant drilling and hammering made it difficult to relax in my room. It WAS rather annoying.
