I FOUND that the room service was slow , especially during peak hours. it often took longer than 45 minutes for my orders to arrive , and a couple of times, the food was lukewarm. the constant drilling and hammering made it difficult to relax in my room. It WAS rather annoying.

the breakfast was first class. the choice and quality of food could not have been any better. i also appreciated the spacious and comfortable room. the room was very clean and well-kept.

the room's ac was not very effective. the temperature was set to not go below 20 degrees celsius. also, the mini fridge was not working properly .
