Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The check-in process was not smooth. I was told a carpet could not be removed due to dust mite allergies without a 45-minute delay, though it was later resolved quickly by housekeeping. This delay was inconvenient and showed a lack of proactive service.

The breakfast had a large variety of options. The homemade jams were AMAZING!!! The rooms were beautifully designed and the service was wonderful. I really appreciated the aesthetic appeal of the entire place. Every corner reminded me of it belonged in a magazine.

The pool bar has been changed to adults only. This separates families with children.

The breakfast had many options. I especially liked the homemade jams. The staff were very kind, and they always smiled. The bedding was comfortable and I enjoyed the decor with local cultural elements.

The music at the pool was quite loud.

Middle Eastern dishes prepared to perfection, offered rich and diverse flavors, providing an authentic experience. Manager Yasser deserves special recognition for excellent hospitality.

The poolside manager, Sayed, offered attentive service. Rohit and Sujan were always available to assist. Trish Buyson, the Duty Manager, addressed all my concerns and ensured my stay was comfortable. The staff provided a warm, cute attitude!

the beautiful suite had a great interior design the room included two separate sinks a rainfall shower was also available the resort has multiple restaurants with fantastic meals the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes i used them the pool area offered twenty loungers with a shaded section

the outdoor showers were not working this was a bit inconvenient
