the service at the restaurant was really efficient. i want to especially thank bablu, stanef, chirantha, and judith for their amazing service. they really ensured i had a comfortable holiday (the food was good too!).

the pool was quite small considering the size of the hotel. i found it difficult to get a sunbed unless i put towels out very early (around 7.30am). the pool size, sunbed availability

The staff was friendly from arrival. erisha was very cute! their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service stood out. the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, from the hospitality team to the housekeeping staff. Everyone ensured our stay was enjoyable.

the pool was small for the size of the hotel. guests placed towels out early to reserve beds. otherwise, all beds near the pool were taken.

Really good Service and Great Location

The staff was polite and interacted well with children. I found the breakfast selection superb, even with the hotel being quite busy. The gym was well equipped and available 24 hours (I used it late one night). I especially liked how easy it was to get to attractions on the Palm and into the city.

The pool area did get crowded, so finding available loungers was sometimes a challenge.
