direct access beach access clean grounds long travel room deposit

i like how the hotel had direct beach access. the grounds were clean. i also thought the rooms were spacious and new. the high-speed wifi in the lobby.

the check in was not great after a long travel. there was a discounted rate offered for upgrading, but it was not a discount. i also had to leave a deposit on my room.

okay stay with a few service issues

efficient service comfortable holiday small pool sunbed availability

the service at the restaurant was really efficient. i want to especially thank bablu, stanef, chirantha, and judith for their amazing service. they really ensured i had a comfortable holiday (the food was good too!).

the pool was quite small considering the size of the hotel. i found it difficult to get a sunbed unless i put towels out very early (around 7.30am). the pool size, sunbed availability

Really good Service and Great Location

polite staff great breakfast equipped gym easy access

The staff was polite and interacted well with children. I found the breakfast selection superb, even with the hotel being quite busy. The gym was well equipped and available 24 hours (I used it late one night). I especially liked how easy it was to get to attractions on the Palm and into the city.

The pool area did get crowded, so finding available loungers was sometimes a challenge.

The hotel offers a heated pool with a pool bar. Guests have access to a private beach area with complimentary sunbeds. Amenities such as towels, sunscreen, aloe gel, oil, and water are readily available for use.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to a promenade. This promenade is ideal for strolls. Access to attractions on the Palm and traveling into the city are also easy from this location.

The room features a king bed and a sofa bed (this worked great for my kids). It includes a private balcony. Direct beach access from the room is another advantage. There is also access to a kids club.
