i found the staff helpful throughout my stay. concierge services was efficient and quick. the waterpark provides nice fun for families. i particularly enjoyed having access to both the resort facilities and those at the adjacent westin.
i felt the cleanliness could improve. i noticed scattered leaves around and some cloudiness in the waterpark pools. food variety became repetitive during my weeklong visit. the breakfast and dinner menus remained almost identical day after day.

impractical bathroomsmaller room
the hotel room lacked some features. the bathroom design was impractical with a fixed showerhead making it tough to wash my child. (i really needed a flexible shower hose.) also, the promised room type was unavailable upon arrival. this meant settling for a smaller room and no compensation was offered.
