The location was convenient, especially with the walkway to the mall. the staff consistently provided quick responses and helpful service! i found the room spacious, providing enough space to relax and unpack my belongings. The bed was large and comfortable too.
The limited number of accessible power outlets in the room was not ideal. I would have liked more options near the desk

service issues overshadowed the stay
unanswered phone callsbathroom cleanliness
I was quite disappointed with the service i received. my room wasn't properly cleaned one day. I found hairs in the bathroom. i tried to call guest services to report this issue. nobody answered the phone even after several attempts, it was frustrating. i expected much better attention to detail.
