The room I stayed in had a General Admission King Balcony Canal View. The balcony had a view of the canal. It was quite nice. Valet parking was available at the entrance and was fast. The breakfast had many options available. The staff was quite attentive, especially Zineb and Mehdi. They were very kind. The hotel also kept my luggage safe when I arrived before my check in time.

The gym and pool were good. the pool seemed to lack sunlight for a significant part of the day.

the location are perfect also rooms are big. i have had balcony view to the canal so it was amazing. free valet parking is available and the staff was polite and helpful. swimming pool area is cozy.

the receptionist not even bother to receive a simple delivery when you aren't at a situation to come down to the lobby to receive your delivery.

My room, a VIP King Balcony Burk Khalifa View, had a fantastic view of the city skyline. The daily breakfast was good (especially the pastries!).

I encountered an issue with the pool. The pool had limited hours of sun because of the surrounding buildings.
