Very nice Experience!
warm welcome real interest attentive staff
Maryem at the Front Desk gave a warm welcome and showed real interest in our trip to Marrakesh. She surprised us with a dessert resembling fez hats and a handmade guide to Marrakesh! The staff were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable.
During a previous visit, I had an early check-in booked months in advance, costing 50% of the daily room rate, but my reserved room wasn't ready! They offered a simpler room, but the day felt disrupted.

Breakfast options in the main restaurant were excellent, providing many high-quality choices. I found the service in the restaurants to be very attentive, and the quality of food was AMAZING!!!

The guest relations team showed great care attending to every need. The team did their utmost making my experience feel like home. The location is great, offering an really good place to relax and unwind. Dining at the hotel was wonderful, offering lovely culinary options.
The corridor had a slight musty smell I noticed upon entering.
