The breakfast was GOOD.
Check-in took an HOUR because there was only one guest service agent. The television in my room did not work, and no one came to fix it after I reported the issue. I had to order food from outside of the hotel because of this problem.

the room was quiet. the cleanliness was top notch. activities were organized by the travel agency inside the hotel and were very interesting too.
the drainage in the bathroom was not so good. the space stank at a point. i made a complaint and it was checked halfway.
