i had high expectations reading so many reviews! everything exceeded those high hopes immediately! the amazing welcome and friendly professionalism made all the difference! ray and the concierge team were very nice. the rooms, lobby, reception, and restaurants were all immaculate. i saw staff carefully refreshing flowers in the lobby too which was excellent.

i did have a very minor issue once. i needed extra towels one evening and it took a little longer than expected to arrive but it was eventually resolved.

i tried sloane's restaurant for breakfasts and one buffet evening meal. the selection was great and staff were helpful. multiple restaurants are available between the two hotels providing many choices.

the location makes getting around easy. it is simple to walk or scooter around the marina. driving to downtown or palm jumeirah is quick. the sister hotel offers a lovely beach and pool. the shuttle service between the properties is convenient.

the reception manager, sanjeev sukumar, was attentive. i found his professionalism quite amazing! he ensured my stay was both comfortable and cozy. the restaurant service impressed me as well. manager ravi was very polite and kindly. i noticed his care and friendliness.

i was initially given a room without a balcony, a feature i specifically booked. this oversight caused an inconvenience as i needed to dry gym clothes. eventually, i received a room with a balcony. the view from this balcony was obstructed by massive fans.
