a lovely umrah stay
new hotel shuttle bus tasty options
the hotel itself felt so clean and new, it was comforting. a shuttle bus operated 24/7, a convenience to the haram. the breakfast was divine with so many tasty options available. it was just so relaxing, a true blessing.
the fridge in my room was not very strong. this meant my childs milk spoiled, despite me trying to change the fridge twice. it was a little frustrating, i just wanted the milk to stay fresh.

Modern Hotel with Shuttle Convenience
reliable shuttle frequent operation room kettle convenient snacks
The hotel offers a reliable shuttle service that operates frequently. It made trips to the Haram accessible. Rooms were equipped with a kettle and a mini fridge. These amenities allowed me to prepare simple beverages and store snacks conveniently. The hotel also has a mini mall providing easy access to various shopping options.
Dining

The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including both sweet and savory dishes. I noticed a dedicated station for pancakes that was to be very popular with families. Coffee machines dispensed several types of coffee beverages, and an omelet station provided customized omelets on request.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel features numerous lifts, which reduced waiting times significantly. A shopping center located on the lower level offered various retail options. I also appreciated chilled water, dates, and tea available in the lobby, a cute touch after returning to the hotel.

Excellent Experience, Clean and Convenient
spacious room friendly staff helpful staff
The rooms were spacious and very clean. I especially liked the king size room. The staff were friendly and always happy to assist. I want to express special gratitude to Najla, who worked on Suhoor duty in the restaurant on floor 2, tower 4.
During Ramadan, the shuttle service experienced notable shortcomings. Initially the shuttle dropped us near the clock tower. Now the drop-off point is near the bus station by Elaf Al Mashaer Hotel. The journey to the Haram takes about 10-15 minutes through crowds.
Location
8/10
The hotel is located approximately 2 km from the Haram, about a 20-minute walk. When walking, one arrives at gate 79, the designated entry point for Umrah. Buses run frequently from the hotel to the Haram, stopping near the clock tower.
