unresponsive stafflaundry issues

the cleaning left much to be desired, i must say. towels weren't replaced promptly. bedsheets remained unchanged for four days due to supposed 'laundry issues'. this excuse felt rather flimsy for a so-called 4-star hotel. the reception staff seemed rather indifferent and unresponsive.

The hotel's proximity to gate 328 was convenient. I found it eased my journey to prayer. the staff at the front desk were really good, especially asmah. Her warm welcome and helpful assistance. the basement parking was a great amenity. It kept my vehicle secure and cool . i was pleased to find that the room service, under mr mohammed, was very prompt and efficient.

The lifts became quite crowded at peak times. Waiting could sometimes take longer than expected.

the hotel location was a real benefit. it was easy to reach masjid nabawi from here. the room had enough space for prayer, and the proximity of shops and restaurants outside the facility was convinient.

the elevators was quite crowded sometimes, especially during peak prayer times.
