The location was great, very close to the mosque. I could walk there easily. the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of cuisines. There was something for everyone. the staff was helpful, especially with check-in and check-out.
The hotel needs some updates. The furniture looked worn. the bathrooms could use some work, especially the shower.

I am grateful for the location close to haram and many shops, that was quite convenient! fatima was super friendly and helpful, she checked to. the concierge, abdulhameed mohiddin, was very helpful. He gave us some very nice tips for local shops.

abdulhamid in the concierge team was amazing, very helpful and efficient. aluwad (floor level 2) ensured our room remained clean and tidy throughout our visit. the staff made sure we felt happy and cared for.
