convenient location supportive staff laundry service ac issues broken telephone check-in queue

i found the location quite convenient, it was close to the masjid. the staff, especially hasan raja, was supportive. express laundry service was available , which i used.

the air conditioning seemed to have issues , i could not adjust the temperature. the telephone in my room was not working , i found this inconvenient.

the housekeeper, omar al farouk, was attentive to my needs. he checked if i needed anything, gave me water and cleaned my room quickly.

the parking was a little challenging.

room upgrade attentive staff delicious dishes

the room upgrade was nice, a total surprise that set the tone for my stay. the staff were attentive, and always happy to help. the breakfast buffet had a lovely variety of dishes, it was delicious.

the bathroom was a bit small, but i didn't spend much time there.
