The location is super close to the Prophet's Mosque. The staff, Masood Rana, and Joy, offered quick service. I had daily housekeeping. Reception staff ensured smooth check in. Parking cost 57 per night and was always available. The housekeeping staff were constantly ready to help when I needed assistance.

The check-in was slow, i had to wait until 9 pm to get into my room. check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. the staff showed a lack of service orientation, also hygiene was not great. the hotel does not align with star standards. It's just disappointing.
