amazing experience
suite upgrade great proximity available staff
the suite was upgraded with all facilities. the proximity to the masjid nabawi prove very convinient. staff was always smiling also ready to answer questions. this won't be last time i stay here.
the room have never been cleaned appropriately. the bathroom didn't get cleaning too. the bathroom drain happen to be blocked, inconvinient.

quick service attentive staff
The location is super close to the Prophet's Mosque. The staff, Masood Rana, and Joy, offered quick service. I had daily housekeeping. Reception staff ensured smooth check in. Parking cost 57 per night and was always available. The housekeeping staff were constantly ready to help when I needed assistance.

slow check-in lacking service
The check-in was slow, i had to wait until 9 pm to get into my room. check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. the staff showed a lack of service orientation, also hygiene was not great. the hotel does not align with star standards. It's just disappointing.

the location is close to the haram for both men and women i liked that the staff were helpful i requested a baby crib and it came quickly the hotel also seemed very clean
the hotel seemed old and not well maintained service at night was not great our room ac did not work it took almost an hour to change the room

the location proved ideal it offered convenient access to key areas. the staff demonstrated really good diligence ensuring the room was meticulously cleaned each day. the availability of numerous elevators greatly facilitated movement within the hotel.

short walk spacious room
the hotel's location offered a very short walk to the masjid. my room was near the elevators, nice for quick trips to prayers. i found the room and toilets to be spacious.
i found the food options to be limited during breakfast, lunch and dinner. the meals were a bit repetitive.
