the suite was upgraded with all facilities. the proximity to the masjid nabawi prove very convinient. staff was always smiling also ready to answer questions. this won't be last time i stay here.
the room have never been cleaned appropriately. the bathroom didn't get cleaning too. the bathroom drain happen to be blocked, inconvinient.

The location is super close to the Prophet's Mosque. The staff, Masood Rana, and Joy, offered quick service. I had daily housekeeping. Reception staff ensured smooth check in. Parking cost 57 per night and was always available. The housekeeping staff were constantly ready to help when I needed assistance.

The check-in was slow, i had to wait until 9 pm to get into my room. check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. the staff showed a lack of service orientation, also hygiene was not great. the hotel does not align with star standards. It's just disappointing.
