The hotel is very close to gate 328 of masjid nabwi. i found several nice restaurants nearby. the staff were very helpful. They promptly provided water, tea bags, and fruits.

the lifts were sometimes slow. i waited about 5 minutes on occasion. they also seemed to move randomly between floors.

The room was clean and well kept, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy. housekeeping was consistent. They replenished the water and coffee daily. the bathroom had fresh towels!

The reception staff offered fast check-in services. i was able to quickly settle in before visiting masjid nabawi. the car parking was another advantage.. the staff was cooperative with car movements. housekeeping services kept the room clean. Mr mohammad shujan was especially active.

the gym was closed for maintenance , a minor inconvenience.

i appreciated how close the hotel was to masjid nabawi shops and restaurants were readily available nearby i found the staff to be helpful and friendly the bell boy oesman stood out as particularly friendly

my room's window would not close properly i experienced street noise all night i had difficulty sleeping the television did not work properly and there was no remote control provided

the hotel is very near to the haram sharif there are many shops near the place and a good variety of dining options are also available ranging from takeaway like mcdonald's to sit-down pakistani restaurants.

The location proved convenient, allowing a quick five-minute walk to Al-Haram. I found the room clean and the beds offered adequate comfort. the experience was worthwhile, considering the proximity to shopping and dining options..

The reception staff were not attentive. They did not acknowledge or engage in conversation. The staff member provided room access cards, however did not speak English effectively. I believe improvements are needed in this area.
