Excellent Stay Near the Mosque

The hotel maintain clean rooms. Staff member was helpful. I found breakfast options different each morning and this I appreciated. The location provides walking distance to the mosque.
The provided pillows was too large. I was not able to get normal sized pillows and I have a sore neck because of this.

the room was well-prepared for my family. the staff was very cooperative. i found the proximity to the mosque convenient.
the wifi kept dropping every now and then! the bathroom seemed outdated. the toilet water raised everytime i flushed it. it was almost to the top.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of tasty options! Staff members were always friendly and helpful. Mahfuz, Mazibur, Azad, and Mohammed Tariq really stood out with their great service. I really appreciated that! The hotel is only a short walk to the Haram door gate, very convenient for prayers. It was perfect!
The shower cabins are a bit narrow. I would have appreciated a bit more space.

azad stood out at the staff. he helped us from check-in to check out. he even organized a taxi. i really appreciate his humbleness.
the pillows was very uncomfortable. housekeeping was not provided . also, the location is not very convenient for families because the haram entrance for females is a long walk.

the location was acceptable. it was very close to the mosque.
The pillows were too large. I had a sore neck. the hotel was noisy on the 6th floor. i could hear road noise and corridor noise.
