The rooms were immaculate. The housekeeping team, including redoy and polash, ensured everything felt fresh each day. breakfast was a lovely experience, with souhail and rafiq making sure every need was met. i found the staff kind. They handled requests promptly and with such warmth. the location proved supremely convenient, positioned close to the masjid.

i did notice that the bathroom lacked a partition after showering, which led to water spreading across the floor creating a small slipping hazard.

The breakfast buffet provided an excellent spread of options, with both local and international cuisines featured. It ensured a good start to the day. the dining area was consistently clean and well maintained.

the Staff were very friendly and provided amazing service. Seba, the manager, was excellent and resolved issues immediately with warmth. Mr Hridoy, Mr Maksud, and Mr Polash offered great room service.

the price i paid was very expensive. i paid a significant amount per night. a young guy at the reception had bad manners. he left a worst impression.

the hotel entrance is opposite the Rawda of the Prophet Salah Al-Wasam. the location is perfect. the proximity to masjid e nabwi is amazing. the mosque is literally across the street which makes it convenient.

the location was excellent near gate 305. staff were helpful and always smiling. arif and mohammed shajel were especially helpful. i found the room cleaning good and the amenities adequate.

the tv had a kodi stick that failed to work. youtube was also blocked. sockets were limited, about two per room.
