prime location easy access superb cleaning

The hotel had a prime location across from the holy mosque. This made access very easy for all prayer times. The room service was prompt. Staff members MD Sajib Mia and MD Ramzan were attentive to our needs. I found that the cleaning services were superb.

The lifts seemed to operate slowly during peak times.

great location variety breakfast efficient room service

the location was great though waiting for the elevators sometimes took a while. the staff seemed nice and the breakfast offered good variety. i found the room service efficient, the room remained clean .

The bathroom felt cramped. Getting out of the shower essentially put you in the toilet area, which wasn't ideal.

The hotel is very near to the masjid al nabawi gates. accessibility is easy, especially if you require wheelchair access. staff members were helpful. We got free upgrades to our rooms.
