the staff seemed nice and the breakfast offered good variety. i found the room service efficient, the room remained clean .

The bathroom felt cramped. Getting out of the shower essentially put you in the toilet area, which wasn't ideal.

The hotel is very near to the masjid al nabawi gates. accessibility is easy, especially if you require wheelchair access. staff members were helpful. We got free upgrades to our rooms.
