reasonable stay with some drawbacks

helpful staff punctual bus excellent laundry limited breakfast washroom design broken button

the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a punctual bus service to the mosque. the laundry service was excellent (i especially liked how neatly they folded everything).

The breakfast variety was limited. It was not really worth it. the washroom design resulted in bath water spilling over. the room cleaning button did not work properly, so i had to call cleaners manually.

Excellent stay near the mosque

The hotel room was neat, tidy and always clean. the bellboys zakir and arif were helpful and kind. the shuttle service timing was always spot on. I found it to be very punctual. i stayed there for a week in total over two separate bookings.

The room size was GOOD and I appreciated the cleanliness. The hotel provided a free shuttle, a HUGE help for getting around.

The front desk staff seemed inexperienced. They did not seem to care. Breakfast was VERY bad, there was not even a live egg station.

the rooms were clean the breakfast had many options the shuttle service to the haram was regular. the staff was helpful with directions i appreciated that. the hotel offered fast wifi access it was easy to stay connected.

surprisingly charming stay!

regular shuttle traditional options short distance

I appreciated the short distance to the masjid nabawi. It was about a 15-minute walk. the shuttle service was also a huge plus. It ran regularly. breakfast had a good mix of continental and traditional options, which i enjoyed .

the light switch being right behind the headboard was a bit odd.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it included continental options and traditional choices. the buffet had many options available. the start of the day was great because of the available breakfast.

the shuttle service to masjid nabawi was really convenient. the journey took only about 4 minutes. i found that it provided a straightforward walk of 10-15 minutes without confusing lanes.
