The hotel room was neat, tidy and always clean. the bellboys zakir and arif were helpful and kind. the shuttle service timing was always spot on. I found it to be very punctual. i stayed there for a week in total over two separate bookings.

The room size was GOOD and I appreciated the cleanliness. The hotel provided a free shuttle, a HUGE help for getting around.

The front desk staff seemed inexperienced. They did not seem to care. Breakfast was VERY bad, there was not even a live egg station.

I appreciated the short distance to the masjid nabawi. It was about a 15-minute walk. the shuttle service was also a huge plus. It ran regularly. breakfast had a good mix of continental and traditional options, which i enjoyed .

the light switch being right behind the headboard was a bit odd.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it included continental options and traditional choices. the buffet had many options available. the start of the day was great because of the available breakfast.
