good breakfast helpful staff old bedroom usb port
The breakfast options were good, and it had many varieties. All the food was delicious. The staff always wants to help me.
The bedrooms do looks old and very outdated. There weres no usb ports in the room. I had to use a adapter.

dated decor subpar cleanliness
The location was acceptable. It was near al masjed al nabaoui.
I found the room decor quite dated, and the cleanliness was subpar. when i dropped an item, the space under and around the bed revealed considerable dirt. the lighting was also peculiar. All lights had to be either fully on or entirely off. there were no individual reading lights by the bed, inconvenient.

diverse cuisine amazing buffet polite staff
The restaurant's international buffet was amazing!!! it included diverse cuisine options. preparation and presentation both exceeded my expectations. restaurant staff were polite. Mr bassam, mr mohamed reda, and ms. ibtissam were helpful.
The bathroom was small. It included a shower over a small bathtub.

The buffet offered a wide selection of international cuisines, and everything seemed well-prepared. the service was prompt. The staff remained attentive to guest needs. i especially appreciated the variety of desserts available.

early check-in large room
the location is very close to gate 310. the receptionist let me check in before 2 pm. the room i had was clean and pretty large.
The air conditioning wasn't great. It made it hard to sleep due to low cooling during hot weather.

excellent location convenient transportation low cooling bad washroom
the hotel location was excellent it was near gate 310. transportation to abyar ali and the train station was convenient too
the air conditioning needs improvement it gave a sleepless night due to low cooling in hot weather. the washroom in the room i stayed in was not in good condition
