i found the resort to have multiple pools. a large beach was there too. it was all inclusive. breakfast, lunch, and dinner was all included. the drinks were all covered.

the staff seemed disengaged. i felt that they lacked enthusiasm. they did not seem to enjoy their work. interaction with guests were little.

the rooms were very clean and spacious. my favourite was the patisserie. ipek gave excellent service there and was very helpful.

the beds weren't cleaned well. i had to sleep on a bed with bloodstains for two days. staff isn't friendly.

The pools offer a variety of options. I found the staff friendly and cute. There were numerous events for both children and adults. The food was decent. I thought it was slightly above average.

The hotel is quite tired. I noticed all the pools had multiple missing tiles. I believe this should be addressed soon.

The size of the rooms was acceptable. It provided enough space for our belongings.

The hotel was busy and chaotic. it was almost impossible to get any assistance from the staff due to the sheer number of guests. Most seemed overworked. some staff members were unnecessarily rude, especially in the a la carte dining. i ended up eating outside the hotel.

The food service was AMAZING!!! I traveled with my family, and everyone enjoyed the variety of healthy options. The beach is great. I found beds with towels, and the showers were nearby. Water spinning in the pool was one of the thoughtful activities offered. The live music bands at the bar were very entertaining for everyone!!!

The hotel can get super busy with travelers. It makes it hard to get immediate help from staff sometimes. I recommend being friendly and tipping when you can.
