Excellent stay with minor issue!
polite staff good drinks
The staff were respectful and polite. The hotel building is beautiful and well maintained! Food choices were delicious with many options and snacks throughout the day. Bar staff made good drinks. I liked the attentive guest relations team and the wide array of activities offered at the hotel. All our requests were addressed promptly with great customer service.
I missed having a list of names for non-alcoholic cocktails. A menu would be helpful.

The outdoor swimming pool is massive and allows great relaxation or fun. There is an indoor pool. A fantastic kids club is available. It ensures that even the youngest guests are well taken care of, with engaging activities.

Guest services checked in daily. They ensure guests had a great time and had everything needed! The staff responded promptly and efficiently to all requests, showing genuine care and dedication to guest satisfaction.

The main restaurant is massive with a great variety of food and desserts at every meal. A 24-hour buffet restaurant exists. It caters to all schedules. Snack bars around the resort make it easy to grab food.

inconsistent minibar poor soundproofing
My stay started okay, but some issues surfaced. The promised daily restock of the minibar wasn't consistent. Some days we received all items, other days only water. This inconsistency was annoying. the soundproofing in my duplex family suite was not great. I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This made it difficult to relax or sleep at times.

clean facilities friendly staff various pools
The resort provided many facilities. Every family member found something engaging, especially the kids. staff members were friendly. They helped whenever needed. the facilities were super clean, food and drinks were available at any time. Kids enjoyed play centers. there were many pools.

The superior double room included a comfortable bed and a balcony. it featured a well-kept bathroom with essential toiletries provided daily. the air conditioning worked efficiently. It maintained a consistent temperature throughout my stay.

The hotel provided direct beach access. It was only steps away from the main building. a bus stop was nearby. It offered convenient access to local attractions. the airport was a short drive away. Transfers were quick and easy.
