Acceptable Hotel, Some Issues

ceiling hole bland food

The grounds are well maintained by the gardening team, ensuring a visually appealing environment.

The room showed maintenance issues. I saw a hole in the ceiling from an air conditioning leak. The food quality in the buffet was disappointing. Choices were repetitive and flavor was bland. It was unfortunate.

generally adequate stay

good food great choice fast transfer poor cleanliness unpleasant odor dirty floor

the food was good with a great choice of different foods that suited all. the pasta was very delicious. i found the staff friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. the transfer on the hotel was fast.

I found the room cleanliness subpar. there was noticeable dust on the floors. there was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the toilets, i could not leave the toilet door open. the balcony was never cleaned. The floors always reminded me of they hadn't been mopped. i couldn't walk barefoot.
