excellent stay with plentiful activities

ample sunbeds kids club wide variety

our arrival included a restaurant open late. this was a great start to our stay. the pools are well maintained and the beach has ample sunbeds. many activities were available like yoga, pilates and kids clubs. we appreciated the variety.

our room included a comfortable bed and a mini-bar. the cleaning was performed daily and efficiently. the room had sufficient space for luggage and personal items. we found the provided amenities to be adequate.

The grounds are well maintained by the gardening team, ensuring a visually appealing environment.

The room showed maintenance issues. I saw a hole in the ceiling from an air conditioning leak. The food quality in the buffet was disappointing. Choices were repetitive and flavor was bland. It was unfortunate.

the food was good with a great choice of different foods that suited all. the pasta was very delicious. i found the staff friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. the transfer on the hotel was fast.

I found the room cleanliness subpar. there was noticeable dust on the floors. there was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the toilets, i could not leave the toilet door open. the balcony was never cleaned. The floors always seemed like they hadn't been mopped. i couldn't walk barefoot.
