fantastic stay, small improvements needed
beautiful gardens excellent service stocked bar phone app
the hotel grounds are beautiful with well-kept gardens. the staff provided excellent service. they always seemed to be available, ready to help with any request. the rooms were spacious, and the bar was well stocked. i liked the ability to control room features via a phone app (it made things much easier!). my son enjoyed the big screen football and the games room.
my only real criticism is that more english-speaking movie channels such as sky or netflix would have been a nice addition. it's a small thing (but something to consider).

the food was lovely with a vast choice. waiters frequently passed by asking if i wanted a drink. the buffet changed the main dishes often so there was variety (i really enjoyed this).

the staff greeted guests with a smile. anastasia and lera at the front desk were pretty good too help. they also answered any questions we had, which i found very helpful.
