the hotel had a good lobby area , where water , dates , and tea were available during the day. the cafe in the lobby was convenient , it seemed alright. i appreciated that it was right in front of haram , though it took about 7-8 minutes to walk across the outer part.

the room cleanliness needs improvement , i noticed. maintaining the building better would help , as it felt a bit old. there was also a bad odor coming from the bathroom , i complained about it but i did not get any response or fix.
