The staff helped me with early check-in. I had traveled for more than ten hours and arrived at noon during Ramadan. I'm thankful the staff assisted with that early request. The receptionist gave a free room upgrade. The staff was very friendly, also accommodating.

I heard a continuous engine sound and the rooms weren't very quiet at all.

The hotel restaurant provided a variety of Turkish dishes. It's an extraordinary display of hospitality. Future family visits here will be indispensable. This is a real treat after a long day.

The hotel rooms include fresh water bottles every day. The staff welcomed me with flowers plus shaving blades. They also provided shampoos also all the things you could need. A mini bar and tea kettle were available.

The hotel was clean and maintained very well. Linens are super clean also the bathrooms. This hotel is near Gate 13, entrance 322. It is a short walk to the Prophet's Mosque.

Comfortable Stay Close to Everything

The reception staff were very cute I found the rooms to be clean and well maintained the bedding felt fresh and crisp. The bathroom had a good selection of amenities and felt spacious. The blackout curtains were effective ensuring a dark room for sleeping.

The lifts did get quite busy I sometimes waited several minutes to catch one heading down especially during peak times.

Breakfast offered a variety of options I noted an egg station with attentive staff. Flavored water was available in the lobby near the entrance offering refreshment after prayers. The hotel served qahwa and dates in the reception area after Asar prayers.

The porter service was efficient staff were readily available to assist with luggage. Front desk staff were lovely and always ready to assist with any queries or requests that I had. Cleaning staff replenished bottled water daily that was in the room.

The hotel is very near to one of the gates of Masjid Al Nabawi perhaps a short walk. There is a window in the rooms which can be opened for some fresh air. The hotel offered easy access to key religious sites.

the hotel had a good lobby area , where water , dates , and tea were available during the day. the cafe in the lobby was convenient , it seemed alright. i appreciated that it was right in front of haram , though it took about 7-8 minutes to walk across the outer part.

the room cleanliness needs improvement , i noticed. maintaining the building better would help , as it felt a bit old. there was also a bad odor coming from the bathroom , i complained about it but i did not get any response or fix.
