I found the breakfast yummy. The room was good and very comfort. The location felt near Al Masjid an Nabawi. It was only a 10 minute walk.
Customer service feels slow. I needed to ask multiple times for towels.

the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist, the breakfast had a wide variety of choices with delicious options, i appreciated the convenient location which was a short walk to the masjid. the rooms were clean and well maintained.
the air conditioning unit in my room was a bit noisy, it affected sleep quality slightly.

The hotel's location was convenient. I could easily walk to the mosque in about ten minutes (it was a relatively flat walk). The room was clean upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were supportive .
The shower lacked a glass screen. Water splashed onto the floor. The safe deposit locker in my room was broken, which i reported. The internet connectivity was poor on certain days.

decent hotel with some minor issues

The breakfast had many options. i especially liked the fresh bread (it was really delicious!). the hotel is close to the masjid nabawi. It was less than 15 minutes by foot. plenty of restaurants are located nearby.
The ac duct made too much noise. It was like white noise whenever i turned it on. the bathroom needed maintenance. The sliding shower screen didn't close fully. i requested a city view but did not get it.
