the hotel's proximity to the masjid was a definite advantage for prayers and daily visits. i found several restaurants and shops nearby providing various dining and shopping options. the room was reasonably clean and i appreciated the prompt attention from staff when i requested additional toiletries. the underground market offered a convenient shopping experience without traveling far.
my room lacked some expected amenities such as coffee and tea making facilities. this was slightly inconvenient for early mornings.

elevator bottleneckslow service
The elevators were a total mess. it reminded me of waiting forever, especially around prayer times. I almost missed the call to prayer a couple of times because of that elevator bottleneck. also, getting extra stuff for the room was like pulling teeth. I had to practically beg at the front desk for soap and towels, and it took ages to get anything delivered. no one seemed to know what was going on, and the service was just really slow. at least, i didn't expect this sort of runaround.

the location is acceptable , as it is sufficiently close to the masjid.
the room i received had maintenance issues. the windows did not shut properly , and this resulted in considerable noise. the promised wifi was only available in the reception area , and not in the room , contrary to what i was told.

i found the location very convenient. it was a short walk to masjid nabvi, great. supermarkets and cafes were close by too. there's even a mcdonalds right below the hotel, a tasty option!
the rooms looked quite old. they could use some updating, especially the bathrooms.

the location was great. masjid al nawabi was very close , only about a four-minute walk. staffs were very cooperative, which i liked. i would prefer to stay again because of this proximity and service.
the wifi signal in the room was a little weak.

uneven experience near the mosque
long check-inbroken phone
the check-in took longer than i wanted. i had to pay at the hotel even after paying online, it confused me. the phone in the room didn't work, i needed to visit reception a lot. it took them two days to fix the phone, after many requests and that was annoying.
