convenient stay near the mosque

the breakfast offered rich options and various dishes. i found the distance from the mosque to be a short walk. free transportation was available for women which helped a lot. the staff were alert and spontaneous
the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. i think they need improvements in this area. it was not up to my standards for the price

I encountered some issues . The air conditioning in my room struggled to cool the space effectively. the shower had some leakage, a minor annoyance. The maintenance team did address it promptly, but it was still inconvenient. I hope they can improve these issues .

the location was decent , fairly close to the masjid al nabawi.
i had a rather lackluster experience. my request for water was ignored , so i had to buy it myself. also , the dinner buffet was disappointing and lacked flavor.
