“Emaar Al Mektan has an excellent location for pilgrims, just steps from the Prophet's Mosque; rooms are practical, and the 24-hour concierge is a nice touch. I appreciate that they try to accommodate early arrivals when possible; however, the breakfast and some of the rooms might not appeal to all tastes. It's a solid, if imperfect, base for exploring Medina's holiest sites.”
