a serene experience close to the mosque

I was upgraded to a bigger room. It was clean and nice. it had a mosque view, which brought so much peace. i was also given a car park space. It made things very convenient.

the bathroom was quite small, it felt a bit cramped. check-in took a while since there was no reception staff at the desk. i had to go to the ground floor because the in-room phone didn't work.

the quadruple room was impeccably clean, offering ample space for relaxation. amenities included a tv with satellite channels and a small refrigerator. the beds were comfortable and provided a restful sleep after long days of prayer.

the hotel's claim of being a 4-star hotel felt misleading. i encountered several issues. the shower screen in my room was broken, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor.. a minor inconvenience, sure, but still annoying. furthermore, the room felt dated and the cleanliness wasn't up to par.

The room i got wasn't great. a smashed window was in the room, and i was told they couldn't help because i booked through a travel agent. the rooms weren't cleaned properly each day. the staff seemed rude and only helpful if you gave them a tip. breakfast was also not good. My kids didn't like it, and it was the same food every day. it really lacked flavor.

the breakfast was good AS there was a variety of options.

I found several issues during MY stay. first, the cleanliness standards were not great. There was some dust IN the corners. also, the bathroom had A sewage smell that was quite unpleasant. i was disappointed with THESE issues .
