excellent suites near the haram
great locationfitted wardrobesdisengaged demeanor
I found the location convenient. it was literally at gate no. 330. the suite was newly renovated with a full kitchen and washing machine. This was a great advantage for my pilgrimage trip. i appreciated the spacious sitting room and bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.
The reception staff seemed more interested in personal devices. their disengaged demeanor was evident. simple acknowledgment would have improved the check-in process greatly. I found that quite disappointing

the hotel is less than two minutes from haram. this provides very easy access. it's also situated near various shops, offering convenient options for necessities and souvenirs. i was impressed with the accessibility to important landmarks.

The housekeeping service was very good. They were responsive to requests. staff were willing to clean the room and provide extra items as required. housekeeping asked for extra coffee more than once. this attention was much appreciated.

there is no breakfast available at the hotel. however, the area has decent food options, including albaik, mcdonalds, and kfc. various local food shops are in the same building. a supermarket is right next to the hotel too.

The suites are spacious with a well-designed layout. comfortable furniture is provided throughout the suites. the kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, and coffee machine. there is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge and freezer. It's very complete.

The suite was expansive, providing ample room for reflection and rejuvenation. the proximity to the sacred mosque allowed for spontaneous visits, filling my heart with peace. i found the staff attentive, anticipating my needs before i even voiced them. They were kind!!!
the in-room wifi signal was occasionally weak, making it difficult to connect seamlessly with loved ones and share my beautiful moments immediately.

the suites were spacious and offered comfortable furniture. the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. i could cook my own food quite often, this was very convenient for my family. the location was also amazing and so close to the mosque. the team were very good too ensure everyone's comfort. osama at reception was very helpful and upgraded our room because of the noise.
the hotel shut off our wifi, tv access and door cards before 10 am. our checkout time was at 12 pm, so this felt premature and inconvenient. i did not expect that from them.

the staff greeted us warmly from arrival and were ready to assist. osama al magdawi and omer at reception were very helpful and accommodating, they provided fast assistance. the manager, mr mazan, was approachable and willing to assist with anything.

I found the suite spacious, providing ample room to relax after prayers. the location is convenient, offering easy access to the mosque and nearby amenities. the complete grooming kit in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. I especially appreciated the inclusion of shaving razors and toothbrushes. the staff was helpful and readily provided wheelchairs, a service that greatly assisted us .
The check-in process took longer than expected, about 25 minutes, due to an initial room assignment error. This caused a slight delay upon arrival.
