The location is close to the mosque. It takes only about 10 minutes to walk. The cleaning staff were also cooperative.

The AC in the room was not working well. I raised a complaint. It was not fixed. I was freezing the first night and felt sick afterwards.

the staff was cute and professional, i was delighted to receive an upgrade to a room with a fine view of the prophet's mosque. the walk to the mosque was less than a minute, so convenient. a special mention goes to my housekeeper, shiham, he was always kind, polite, and attentive, he.!!

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location!

The team offered excellent service. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist. I especially want to recognize Al Amin, Kawsar, Faruk, Suman, and Haerullah from the housekeeping team. They consistently ensured all my needs were met. Dina, Ebrahim, Abdullah, Rashed Mia, and Abduelah provided a helpful and cute breakfast service!!!

The directions I received from one staff member were slightly misleading. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful.

The hotel offers multiple elevators. You don't have to wait long! I found this feature particularly helpful during peak hours. There is also Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel for seamless connectivity, a bonus.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of dishes. There was plenty of choice, and the staff were very hospitable. I especially thank Said ur Rahman, who was polite and attentive each morning during breakfast.
