technical problemelevator problem
the elevator experienced a technical problem at an inconvenient time. it happened during prayer time and i had to wait and take another elevator to go down. the room was not ready at 4 pm i waited 30 minutes until everything was sorted out. équipements were not good.

The location was excellent. i really liked the touch screen for the shower. It made adjusting the water temperature easier.
the hotel felt too cold, especially in public areas. my daughter became ill as a result of the low a/c setting.
