excellent stay near the prophet's mosque

excellent location varied buffet good service

I found the location excellent. It was only minutes from the prophet's mosque. the cleaning service was really good. the reservation included breakfast and the buffet offered varied options that suited all tastes and ages. I always found something appropriate.

great location efficient service high cleanliness

The hotel location was advantageous. Access to key sites was immediate. i particularly valued the efficient service and the readily available assistance from the staff. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was maintained at a high standard. I found this very reassuring.

the elevators proved to be somewhat slow during peak hours, occasionally leading to delays.

Amazing Experience!

great location fruit basket quick lifts

This hotel location is wonderful! It is close to Haram and many shops plus food courts. It was easy to get a taxi or a cart to Quba. I appreciated a welcome coffee and a fruit basket upon arrival. The lifts are quick, and I found a nice coffee shop with an outside seating area plus a view of the mosque.

One thing I found less than ideal was the charged parking through a third party. It added an unexpected cost.

dusty room stale breakfast

i was expecting more from this place honestly. the room i got, a three-bedroom suite haram view, wasn't properly cleaned. i found dust everywhere and it was quite annoying. also, the breakfast selection felt a bit stale, like leftovers from the previous day (it was especially disappointing).
