The apartment was very clean with good soap and shampoo. Shower pressure was wonderful. Staff were helpful and let us leave our bags, also provided free access to a great lounge area.

The apartment location was excellent. It was a short walk to restaurants and the city center. Our room was fully serviced after the second night, a lovely surprise. Parking included in and out privileges, convenient. I appreciated that the room was quiet. I did not hear any traffic noise .

The air conditioning unit only operated in the main living area, I felt the bedrooms were a little warm.

Many restaurants are located very close to the building. It is easy to find diverse food options. The hotel does not have on-site food service, but there are options nearby. I observed a steakhouse right next door offering a discount.

The reception desk was available 24/7, I found the staff helpful . When my niece and I arrived, the front desk offered us complimentary wine. This was very thoughtful and kind, especially since it was our birthday week.

The room was very clean, I found the beds comfortable enough to get a good sleep. My room had a fully stocked kitchen, very useful. I observed fresh smelling and quite new linens in the apartment.

The location was central, I observed trams running right outside on William Street. The hotel is within walking distance of Bourke Street and the Southern Cross Station. There are several shopping options and various restaurants in the immediate area, perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The apartment was well equipped. it featured a full kitchen. I found cooking easy. the location helped me a lot because is in the free tram zone. I could travel around without extra costs. the staff was mostly friendly and quick to help with questions i had.
