I appreciated the prompt service from the housekeeping staff. Tamim was especially helpful. check-in and check-out were both very fast. the hotel's location proved convenient for accessing important religious sites nearby. breakfast offered a very diverse menu each morning.

the staff was kind and cute it created a positive atmosphere. my room was spacious and well laid out. the location near the mosque was very convenient for prayers. i found the breakfast buffet delicious with a good variety.

the kettle in the room took quite a long time to boil water it was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent Location, Clean Rooms

The hotel gave us early check-in at 2:30 pm (check-in was scheduled for 4 pm). The reception desk staff were very nice. I found an atm inside the zam zam pullman right in front of the hotel. The location provides the best route to the boundary door 303 for prophet saw salam and riazul jannah.

The shower is small, and water leaks from the shower door, wetting the bathroom floor.
