Convenient Stay NEAR the Mosque

The location was a major plus. It was very close to Masjid Al Nabawi Gate 326, made prayer times easy to manage. Our room service was good. I tipped extra for excellent service. I appreciated the upgrade to a larger room. It had plenty of space.

The telephone in my room did not work. It was a minor inconvenience.

The room was spacious due to an unexpected upgrade! The rooms were equipped with necessary amenities. I found the beds to be comfortable for restful sleep. I was able to have a good rest after prayers.

Adequate Location , Disappointing Service

The staff was not particularly helpful , it seemed to me. They struggled with English , which surprised me since they accept international guests. I found it odd they wouldn't give more than two keys. The keys also failed frequently , so that was annoying. The elevators felt cramped. A wheelchair and four people barely fit in , I swear.

The hotel's location was a standout. It was a quick walk to the Haram. The staff provided daily room service when I requested it. I appreciated the kind and attentive housekeeping staff.

The room felt cramped. There was not much space. The lack of facilities was also noticeable. I think some improvements would enhance the stay.

The hotel's proximity to the holy mosque made it easy to attend prayers. It was only a short walk. i appreciated the staff's willingness to provide an upgrade to a connecting room, that gave us more space.

I noticed the rooms are somewhat small. This made it difficult to move around freely, especially with luggage.

Solid Choice Near the Mosque

The location was excellent. I walked to the mosque in about ten minutes. The staff, especially Muhammad Saif, responded quickly when I requested laundry service. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The elevators were quite small and often crowded.
