The location is very convenient. It is a short walk to the women's gate. Staff members were helpful, especially the reception team. The hotel also provides good breakfast options with plenty of choices each morning.
The room size was smaller than expected, made movement within the room slightly difficult.

Convenient Stay Near the Mosque
great proximitymodern decor
The location offered great proximity to Gate 338, directly leading to the women's gate (this was really convenient). The receptionist, Amer Faiad, was very professional. The hotel room presented a nice modern decor and it was clean.

The hotel's proximity to the women's gates of the Haram was convenient, requiring only a short walk. Many shops and restaurants are located in the surrounding area. The Saudi staff at the reception showed great hospitality. I cannot thank them enough. The cleaning staff maintained a fast and perfect cleaning service. They responded quickly to requests.
I found that the Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, making connectivity challenging.

Breakfast had many options available. The lunch room service was reasonably priced and the food tasted good. I found dining food for breakfast very palatable, overall, the food services were good.
