The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The location is close to the haram making it easy to walk. The lifts worked efficiently and I did not experience any significant waiting times. Free parking was available in the two basement levels.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy. I also could not adjust it to my desired temperature. I think the switch needed repair to resolve this issue.

I enjoyed the complimentary karak chai available near the reception. The chai was a nice touch and provided a warm, cute experience after a long day.

The hotel sits close to al-haram. Gates 314-320 are a short walk. the staff shows care and attentiveness. abdur rov gave excellent service. I appreciated his attention.

The air conditioning felt noisy. I think the switch needed some attention.

Check-in was smooth. Staff are ready to help. The hotel was very clean. It is a few minutes walk to the mosque. Communication before and after arrival was great through messages. I am happy with the quality of services. I will use their services in the future.

The phone in my room was not working. The air conditioning was very cold. It could not be adjusted, so I had to turn it off. I turned it on again when needed.

My visit took place in late October. Abdul Latif at reception speaks good English and provides much help. The hotel sits very close to the mosque, many shops, and various restaurants. Housekeeping maintains a very clean hotel.

The air conditioning units is bit older and could use some modernizing.

Staff show eagerness to help with any request a guest might make. The reception provides excellent service and prompt attention at all times. The floor supervisor is very attentive and quick to resolve your request.
