i found the staff to be very polite and supportive. check-in took only two minutes, a very fast process! the view from my room was just like the picture, very accurate. i also appreciated that the hotel maintained hygiene well, with ample accessories like coffee and toiletries.

One issue was that the reception did not answer calls. another thing is there was no safe provided in the room. i requested a safe multiple times to keep personal belongings. it was a drawback, and i hope they will address this in the future. Plus the hotel could improve its services .

i noticed some minor wear and tear on the hallway carpets, they could benefit from replacement.

i liked the closeness to alharam. the staff was helpful with directions. i found the room tidy on arrival and the view faced a lively street. fast food options nearby proved very convenient for quick meals.

the elevators were quite small. this caused some delays, especially during peak prayer times. waiting became a bit frustrating.
