the room was clean and spacious. the Quadruple room included comfortable beds and sufficient space for luggage. the coffee shop in the reception area served quality beverages. housekeeping staff offered attentive service .

the elevators were very small , and it took a long time to get one during peak hours.

A Comfortable Stopover

I found the staff helpful. They ensured my room was always clean, which I appreciated very much. I found the breakfast had a good Arabic flavour. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the holy mosque.

I noticed the elevators were occasionally slow, resulting in slight delays during peak times.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. A lovely first impression after a long trip. Juice and Arabic coffee are provided upon arrival. Such a nice touch.

The manager on duty, Mr Abdulaziz AlBarkani, greeted me with a wonderful smile, very romantic, is it not? I discovered he was helpful and professional, which really set a positive tone for my stay. I loved it!
