I found the staff helpful. They ensured my room was always clean, which I appreciated very much. I found the breakfast had a good Arabic flavour. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the holy mosque.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. A lovely first impression after a long trip. Juice and Arabic coffee are provided upon arrival. Such a nice touch.

The manager on duty, Mr Abdulaziz AlBarkani, greeted me with a wonderful smile, very romantic, is it not? I discovered he was helpful and professional, which really set a positive tone for my stay. I loved it!
