the hotel location was very close to the haram. the staff was also courteous and helpful, i was able to reach every salah on time. even after i checked out, they kept my luggage safe, that service was really helpful

the room size was small for four people. with four beds in it, there was hardly any space for walking or luggage. the air conditioner did not shut off or work as expected, it was difficult to regulate
